Vehicles

$30 - $50 for the carpeted areas
   (includes doors & boot)

$15 - $20 per upholstered seat
   (back seat considered 2 seats only)

$25 per leather seat
  (incl. conditioner back seat considered 2 seats only)

$2 - $2.50 per mat

Mattresses
   Bed Bug and Dust mite Extraction/Eradication

$120 per queen & king

Vacuuming
   Pre - Vacuuming prior to steam cleaning if required or requested

$15 per single

$10 halls & tiny rooms & landings

$1   per step

• Minimum charge $65 -NO EXCEPTIONS. 

• A standard room size is 3 x 4 mtrs

• Combined lounge/ dining considered 2 rooms – NO EXCEPTIONS.   

The following conditions are only imposed in extreme situations:

• Excessive stain removal or the need to pre-vacuum may incur extra charges.

• Specialist stains (eg. rust) removal may incur extra charges. 

• Rooms larger than 10 sq.m may be charged at $2 sq.m.

• Excessive furniture moving may incur an extra charge.

• Inaccessibility may incur an extra charge. Add 10% to above prices for GST
